Long Island Garden

A site historically used for agricultural and commercial flower growing, this 26 acre property was developed into a series of formal and informal gardens including an ornamental kitchen garden, hedged cutting garden and agricultural and play fields. Linear paths as well as an overall circuit walk connect the various gardens including a renovated pond and a once ivy covered pine grove. Water is a central focus of the design and visually connected throughout the site.
