This high density, mixed use urban development is located on six acres, primarily over structure. The project includes a central plaza, internal market street, raingarden along Rockville Pike and tree lined streets that open to the public. It also includes two intensive residential green roof courtyards with swimming pools, gardens and a play lawn for residential tenants. Above these areas are two intensive green roofs for additional stormwater treatment.

The design team included Kennon Williams, Matt Whitaker, Sara Osborne and Warren Byrd. Specific responsibilities of Paul Josey as both staff and project manager while at NBW included the detailing of all project paving, multiple over structure soil profiles and innovative suspended slab details to encourage healthy tree growth.
